I bought the Mediaeval Sound some thirty years ago, and a little while ago I bought it again from the Slough Oxfam Shop where I also got the tape version. On Side One Munrow actually discusses Mediaeval instruments, and gives examples. However, his voice due to an engineering error can hardly be heard unlike the tape. Anyway, the following link gives the photo image of the vinyl record. The tape reissue though just had a well-known profile image of DM playing  a recorder....the same one used on David Griffiths site.
